Tighten the connectors. Although the ex-factory tractor is through factory examination, during repeated transport, the tractor will inevitable occur connection loosening. So, should tighten the connectors and fasteners in time, especially the steering system, brake system, suspension and wheels.
Check the fluid level, mainly the fuel tank surface, the water tank surface, the transmission and rear axle lubricant oil surface, and battery electrolyte fluid level. When the surface is insufficient, add liquid material in time.
Check the motor oil. Mainly should check the following aspects: the motor oil amount in the oil pan should not be less than the oil gauge lower reticle; if tractor ex-factory in summer, but buy it in winter, should replace with motor oil for winter use, and vice versa; the transfer switch of engine oil filter in large tractor should turn to the "summer" or "winter" position according to season or temperature; some factories don't add motor oil ex-factory to avoid oil in oil bath type air filter oil pan spill to pollute the tractor during transport, so pay attention to add after purchase.
Running-in, that is to make the new tractor speed from low to high, load from small to large, through the step-by-step operation process, polish the processing traces in gears and shafts friction surface to become more commissure. Running-in plays an important role in extend the parts life, do not to save fuel to ignore the running-in process, otherwise will run the risk of causing the parts damaged in advance.
