In agricultural machinery operations, it's found that many drivers firmly wrap the out of tractor air filter with a layer cloth, the motivation is to strengthen the air filtration effect of air filter, and reduce the maintenance and cleaning times of air filter.
In fact, it is very wrong. The air filter is wrapped with cloth, essentially increase the resistance of air intake, make the engine cylinder intake insufficient, fuel conbustion incomplete, oil consumption increase and power down.
To remind the drivers, they should change the wrong way of wrapping cloth out of the air filter. In summer autumn operation intake harsh environment, do the air filter maintenance well in time according to the technical requirements, and should ensure the sealing of engine intake pipe to meet the engine air supply requirement.
