1, Cool the tractor to avoid tire burst: the temperature is high in summer, the tire rubber is easy aging, tire burst happens in severe case. So should check tire presure whenever in tractor driving, once find tire overheating and pressure too high, park tractor in the shade to cool, don't splash with cold water, otherwise will lead to tire burst on the way.
2, Cooling to avoid air resistance: engine speed is high, spread hot difficulty, easy to occur driving air-resistance, sometimes make the engine stop for a few minutes and difficult to start. Once air-resistance happens, the driver should immediately stop for cooling, clearing trouble.
3, Look at the water thermometer to avoid water shortage: drive tractor in hot temperature weather, water in tank speeds up evaporation, should always check the cooling water amount, pay attention to the water thermometer. Find water shortage, immediately idle run and add water after cooling, and pay attention to not opening the radiator cap to prevent being burnt.
4, Avoid oil deterioration: the lubricating oil is easy to heat to become thin, oxidation resistance poor, easy to being deteriorated, even cause bush burning and axle explosion failure. Therefore, should replace the summper lubricating oil in crankcase and gearbox, frequently check the lubricating oil amount and situation, and replace in time.
5, Clean the oil stain in the engine exterior timely: if the oil stain in the engine exterior is too thick, will affect heating, and will hiden trouble to the various parts. With the high pressure injection method, clean the engine parts throughly with non-corrosive cleaner.
