How To Prevent Tractor Crankshaft Fracture
There are a lot of reasons of agricultural tractor crankshaft fracture, pay much attention to prevent from the following aspects:
1. The poor crankshaft manufacturing quality results in fracture, so when assemble the engine, choose high quality product of well-known manufacturer, to prevent the poor quality parts installing into the machine body.
2. When repair the crankshaft, keep the main bearins of the crank chamber concentric, and deal with the fillet of grinded crankshaft well. Avoid the axis line offset and balance counterweight iron dislocate while installation, use wrest wrench to install crankshaft, especially on the connecting rod screw, alternately tighten evenly according to the standard torque, and lock the cotter pin. Find crack, loss deduction and injury in screw of connecting rod and main bearing, replace the new timey.
3. Tractor overload work for a long time, and lift the cultch suddenly and make the throttle full open suddenly, slam the brakes randomly will be easy to cause the crankshaft fracture. During operations, if hear unusual sound, should check timely, appear serious combustion knock, single cylinder does not fire, smoke black, engine does not work smoothly, should stop immediately to check repair. Keep the engine in good lubrication condition, check the lubricating oil quality to prevent impurities and dust into the body.
